Aggravated NH DWI Charges

New Hampshire allows for aggravated DWI charges to be filed against any person that:

  • Has a blood alcohol level in excess of .16
  • Has a child under the age of 16 in the car while drunk driving
  • There has been serious bodily injury caused in a DWI accident
